Course Marshal

Course marshal help ensure the safety of the event. Marshals are assigned to designated areas along the race course to help ensure that throughout the stage the course is safe for riders to compete on. As a course marshal, it is imperative that the course is kept clear of cars, pedestrians, spectators and any other objects. Course marshal will be deployed at road closure locations, however they are not permitted nor required to stop traffic, but act more so as a guide and a visual representation at the closure site.
