INDIAN PACIFIC WHEEL RACE
March 18th 2017
The inaugural Indian Pacific Wheel Race is a solo, unsupported, 5,500km event running ocean-to-ocean across Australia, inspired by the grand tours of bike packing: the Tour Divide, the Trans Am Bike Race and the Transcontinental. A first-class international field will roll out from Fremantle, WA at 6:00am on 18th March 2017, and finish on the steps of the Sydney Opera House.
Over the coming weeks we will introduce a selection of riders and bring you daily coverage across our social channels as these adventurers test their limits, where nothing is at stake except honour.
Daniel Bonello & Angus Burrell of Rapha Australia are following the race & have shceduled a short stop with us. The Rapha Mobile Clubhouse Coffee Machine will be set up & running before the lads join us out on a bunch ride. Keep an eye on our team app & face book for dates & times for the Rapha/Bairnsdalecc bunch ride.
